Terry likes to solve problems with creativity.
Welcome! I'd like to introduce my practice to you.
I received my graduate degree in Social Work from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 1980. I began my study of hypnosis in 1982, and continue to find it a subject of fascination, adaptability, and versatility. I use this tool for habit control, pain management, personal growth and psychotherapy.
Through the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis
www.asch.net, I hold the title of Approved Consultant in Clinical Hypnosis. This is based on meeting the Association's standards for training, experience, and continuing education.
In addition to my membership in ASCH, I've been active in my professional organization -- the National Association of Social Workers. Having previously held several regional and committee appointments, I was elected President of the Nebraska Chapter for 1997 through 1999. NASW reviews the credentials of behavioral health providers. I was awarded the title Diplomate in Clinical Social Work in 1987. According to the Association: "The NASW Diplomate in Clinical Social Work is the highest distinction bestowed on clinical social workers."
